Can I rent the inflatables for more than one day?

Yes, multiple day rental is available upon request. There is a $50 overnight fee per night. Discounted pricing for multiple days is provided on a customized basis; call 330-977-JUMP for details.

The Inflatable must be removed from the blower and locked up in a secure location if kept overnight.

Can I rent multiple inflatables for one event?

Yes, since we offer many different types of inflatables, we recommend renting multiple units to maximize the experience. Discounted pricing for multiple inflatable rentals is provided on a customized basis; call 330-977-JUMP for details.

Where do you deliver to?
We generally deliver 15 miles from Jackson Township (Massillon 44646). However, if your requested location falls outside of that area call to discuss: 330-977-JUMP.
When will you deliver and pick up my inflatable?
Our inflatables are reserved in 4- (half day) or 8-hour (full day) blocks with the earliest set up time at 9:00 am and the latest pick-up time at 9:00 pm. However, additional times and overnight/multiple day rentals may be able to be arranged; call 330-977-JUMP.
Does my rental time include your set up or take down time?
No, we arrive early to set up and arrive to take down after the end of your rental time, so you get the entire rental time to play.
Do you require a deposit to reserve an inflatable? And when is the payment due?
Yes, a 50% deposit is required for all reservations. You are reserving an inflatable that would otherwise be available to others. Should you need to cancel, the deposit is fully refundable if the cancellation is more than 7 days from the reservation date.

If 24 hours out, the chances of rain are greater than 50% on the day of your event, you may opt to cancel and receive a full refund. We cannot provide refunds once the inflatable is delivered, so please make weather related cancellations 24 hours prior.

Full payment is due upon delivery. We take cash or credit card on-site, or we can use the same credit card you used for the deposit.

What happens if the weather is bad?
Prior to my event:
If 24 hours out, the chances of rain are greater than 50% on the day of your event, you may opt to cancel and receive a full refund. You may also opt to choose one of our low-profile inflatables to take your event indoors if they are available.

Day of my event: Safety is our number one priority. It is not safe to operate inflatables in substantial rain (light sprinkling is acceptable), lightning storms, or winds above 15 mph. If any of those conditions are present on the day of your event, we will not be able to deliver your inflatable. If we must cancel due to weather related conditions, you will be able to receive a refund of your deposit or take a rain check and reschedule.

After set-up: If weather conditions turn dangerous after the inflatable is delivered and set up, it is your responsibility to follow the provided safety rules on when to stop use of the inflatable.
When the inflatable is exposed to rainfall it will soak into the interior of the inflatable and take many hours to dry out. Due to these circumstances if rain occurs during the event all units will need to be shut down and covered with the tarp provided at delivery until the rain passes, or simply remove the ground stakes and move inside to prevent them from becoming waterlogged.

Where can the inflatables be set up?
Our inflatables should be placed on level terrain (less than 5% slope) in an area that allows for anchoring the bounce house. The ground should be free of debris, and a protective layer should be placed underneath. Grass (recommended due to the added padding for the kids), concrete, asphalt, driveways, indoors, and in a garage are all acceptable locations. Sorry, we can’t set up on any rocks as the constant rubbing will wear through the vinyl.
What happens if the inflatable gets damaged in my possession?

You are not responsible for normal wear and tear on our units. Seams may develop tears in high-traffic areas over a period of time. If this happens, please alert us at once to remedy the situation. If, however, damage occurs due to failure to follow our safety rules or negligence, you will be responsible for all damages up to and including the unit/blower’s replacement up to $3000.000.

Are you insured?
Yes, we are a full insured Ohio LLC. A copy of the policy can be provided upon request at time of delivery.
What kind of power is needed?
Each inflatable unit takes at least one standard power outlet, we recommend the use of a GFI outlet.
Do you have any inflatables that can be used indoors?
Yes, we offer several low-profile inflatables that can be set up inside a garage or home with tall ceilings. Our larger inflatables can be set up in large indoor spaces such as gymnasiums, halls, or churches. The inflatable must not be too near hot lights, a/c vents or any fire hazard.
Can I pick up the inflatable on my own?
No, we do not offer customer pick up or set up. Safety is our number one priority and our staff are highly trained to set up and secure your inflatable in the safest manner.
Do you provide hoses with your wet inflatables or sprinklers?
No, if you have an inflatable that requires water, you’ll be responsible for providing the water and hose.
