How Our Rentals Work

When the unit is delivered and set up, it is critical that you are present while we thoroughly teach you the manufacturer’s suggested operating and safety practices as well as SIOTO laws. We’ll also go over our emergency plan and have an attendant supervise the unit. The attendant will also take care of the children’s and rider’s safety and the equipment’s upkeep.

Rental Period

We typically try and complete all deliveries during the day so that our services are ready for the event. When required, special delivery and tear-down periods are available (public park set-ups, etc.). You can request a later tear-down if your event starts later in the day, but do notice that we prefer to collect up all units before it gets dark, so make sure to address this when scheduling your rental. We want you to get the most out of your money!

Cleaning Fee and Other Safety Measures

We anticipate receiving our inflatables in relatively good condition. However, you will be provided with a list of general guidelines that primarily states edibles and other materials would not be authorized in the unit. We also understand that having children in and out of the unit all day allows grass and dirt to accumulate, for which we generally don’t charge a cleaning fee. Our team will examine the inflatable before it’s packed up, and breaching the general guidelines would result in a fee of fifty dollars.
